Equipment for sports and relaxation
Doupal, Ondřej ; Bláhová, Pavla (referee) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
The project design processes multifunctional center for leisure and sports. The center is situated in Šternberk and its capacity is about 150 people. There is inter alia the wellness center, with saunas and whirlpool, a fitness, gym and a beauty salon. Architecturally, the object is conceived as paralell blending of three units of a different colors and sizes. As well as all construction compositions are more developed basis for air conditioning systems. Documentation is processed at the level of documentation for building permit.
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF BIOPOLYMER-BASED NANOPARTICLES AND NANOFIBERS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN FOOD AND COSMETICS
Kundrát, Vojtěch ; Vilčáková, Jarmila (referee) ; Kráčmar, Stanislav (referee) ; Márová, Ivana (advisor)
The presented dissertation thesis deals with the polymer polyhydroxybutyrate and other biopolymers as a basic building block for the construction of micro- and nanoscopic structures and materials used in food and cosmetics. In the theoretical part, current literary review is prepared to introduce the basics of this application field. The practical part of the work is composed of three blocks developed during the doctoral study. In the first and most important part are summarized comments to the academic and patent outputs, where among the academic ones it is possible to find two peer-reviewed articles dealing with the electrostatic and wet spinning of PHB and properties of prepared materials. The patent outputs consist of several accepted and applied projects, which summarize results on both PHB spinning methods, but also on general approaches enabling the processing of PHB into forms enabling many applications in food and cosmetics. Second part was focused on the patented composition of the UV protection cream based on the prepared nanoscopic and micro- morphologies of PHB. The third block summarizes results focused predominantly on the electrostatic spinning of PHB and other biopolymers. Finally, a short chapter containing a brief description of projects that were in a way related to the dissertation topic, but rather practical development work in Central Tanzania and West Africa, which draw on knowledge and contacts gained during studies at FCH BUT Brno.
New trends in processing of metal sheet with coating
Veverka, Štěpán ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
Presented document worked out as the part of bachelor study B2339-00 Mechanical Engineering deals with new trends in processing of coated metal sheets. With consideration of available literature are introduced issues of surface treatment, cutting, bending, drawing and spinning of altered sheets including also the descriptions of some machines which apply these technologies.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets with Coating
Procházka, Lukáš ; Schwarzer, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with forming technology of thin sheets with coating. It is divided in three separate parts. Firstly, technologies used for forming thin sheets with coating like bending, drawing, spinning and shearing are discussed. Secondly, the thesis presents coatings, their types and means of measuring their thickness as well as examination technologies. The last part consists of a set of experiments testing aforementioned facts on testing samples.
Question of PET bottles recyclation: Current state and perspectives
Duliková, Michaela ; Stoupalová, Michaela (referee) ; Čáslavský, Josef (advisor)
This thesis is deals with the process of recycling of PET bottles from the sorting of waste up to the using of recycled material, so-called “PET flakes“. The attention is paid mainly to the process of the physical recycling. The dry recycling process is compared with the wet recycling process from the point of view of applied technology and quality with focus on the final product (PET flakes) from the wet recycling process. As the quality is concerned, presence of blockers and polyvinyl chloride, which causes the most serious problems during recycling, is discussed. Employed technologies as well as quality requirements for spinning, producing PET strapping band, recycling by the bottle to bottle form (B2B) and other possibilities of the usage of recycled materials are also described.
Lampshade industrial lighting fixtures from the sheet metal - a proposal production technology
Zelinka, Jiří ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Špaček, Jindřich (advisor)
The aim of this Batchelor Thesis is to compare different deep drawing technologies, for given deep-drowen product – an industrial lamp, made of steel brass. The technologies to compare will be hydro-mechanical drawing, gradual deep drawing and metal stamping technology. The procedure of simple hydro-mechanical drawing parameters calculation will be indicated. The prevalent part of the Thesis is aimed at different technologies description, and on an illustrating example of individual operations expensiveness.
The sports and recreation center
Píšek, Pavel ; Bartolšic, Vít (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
This Master´s Thesis deals with design and execution of project documentation for building of sport and wellness center. The site is situated in the outskirts of Vsetín in Zlín region. The structural system of the building is walled with porotherm blocks. Ceilings are made up of ceiling panels spiroll. Roof is mainly flat, pitched roof is only designed above squash courts. The buildings’ shape is composed of three blocks which together form a functional complex. The sport center offers these kinds of activities: spinning bike rides, exercising, weight lifting, group training and squash. The recreation centre offers massages electro and lymfo massages, pedicure, manicure, sauna, rehabilitation and solarium. Part of the center is also cafe providing also snacks, sport counseling, nutrition counseling and office.
Shear spinning technology
Povalač, Tomáš ; Dohnal, Ivo (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Submitted work fully fashioned within the frame of bachelor study B-STI Mechanical engineering, is specialized for shear spinning technology. On the basis of study and own experiences are presented problems spinning, technologies exploited the process of spinning, machines and tools for shear spinning.
Manufacturing of parts of microforming technologies
Janoušek, Jiří ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This work deals with point incremental forming technology, which is now booming thanks to the possibility to program the exact path of a simple tool and to implement it on modern CNC machines. It solves the forces in the process, the roughness of the final surface of the products or their accuracy. This technology is divided into one-point and two-point forming and uses better material formability because of little local touch. Thanks to this, it is used in many fields such as medicine or the automotive industry. It is used to produce prototypes and specific components, which would be expensive.
Sport centre
Švačková, Tereza ; Myslín, Jiří (referee) ; Maceková, Věra (advisor)
Diploma thesis „Sport centre“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is detached on a plane terrain in Lipník nad Bečvou. It has two floors and a basement. This building construction is based on the footings. The load-bearing walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of panels Spiroll and PZD. The roof construction is designed as a single-flat. In building is squash, dance hall, gym, spinning, massages, snack bar and bowling with two lanes. Car park is next to the building.
